• Final Sale Policy
  All sales are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Disputes for Items Not As Described
  If you believe an item does not match its description, kindly reach out to us within two (2) days of receipt. When contacting us, please provide detailed photographs supporting your concerns. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take pride in standing behind our products. All submissions will be evaluated individually.
• Order Cancellations
  • Cancellations for stock items are subject to approval and are at the sole discretion of Prime Staging Solutions.
  • Refurbished-to-order items may be canceled only with approval and may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%. In certain cases, cancellation may not be accepted.
